He told the cop it was 'none of your f***** business' when the officer asked him his name.

Briggs told the cop to 'get the f*** out of my house.' The cop responded that he was not in his house.

Briggs grew more irate and said 'how about get off my property? before he asked the cop if he had a search warrant.

When the officer said he did not have one, Briggs quipped, 'I didn't think so  -so f******g pack it up and adios. If am not under arrest and no one is pressing charges ...'

Briggs lifted his arm and pointed, telling the officer, 'Look there, they are out there fighting each other now.'

The officer then asked Briggs, 'So you are not the problem?'

In the next clip, Briggs is seen charging towards the officer as another deputy assists.  As the officers try to restrain Briggs, the brawl escalates and one of the officers shoots at the suspect twice.
